Why?

FWIW MBNA told me that I have to formally cancel my order and request a refund before they can do anything. They gave me some wording to use in my email. I emailed the person who had "confirmed" my order and he sent out a refund check priority mail.

So you actually heard from the person you ordered from and they are sending you a refund check? I would have never imagined you would get that lucky. Did you ask them why they didn't ship the product?

Refund money order but same difference. I was never going to lose the money, MBNA would have refunded me the cash.

He said they were OOS.
