Javaman has released Smart Tools v2.0 which will hopefully continue to make life easier for GR mod makers. Here's some of the features v2.0 contains:
SFX Maker - To make every SFX effect that Ghost Recon supports including the halo effect.Water Maker – Includes different choices of water to choose from and will do all the tagging for you.Door Maker – This will make a standard size door with tagging and all animation done for you.Stair Maker - With 2 kinds of stairs to choose from and a new feature called Click & Go: all you do is click where you want the stairs to start and where you want the stairs to end and it does the rest for you.
