The official SC site has published the cheat codes for the PC version. To see them, you have to first register at the site (the link is on the left-hand side) with your e-mail address, gaming platform of choice, and date of birth. Once you've registered, you will be granted access to the site's "Restricted Area" where the PC cheat codes are listed.

Splinter Cell PC Cheat Codes

To enter one of these cheat codes open the console (F2) and write the appropriate command. For example, to get more ammo simply type "ammo"

More ammo: ammo

More health: health

Sticky camera appears on ground in front of Sam:
summon echeloningredient.estickycamera

Diversion camera appears on ground in front of Sam:
summon echeloningredient.ediversioncamera

SC-20K AR appears on ground in front of Sam:
summon echeloningredient.ef2000

Disposable Lock Pick appears on ground in front of Sam:
summon echeloningredient.edisposablelockpick
