Ubi sent us a press release yesterday announcing that the recent successful launch of several blockbuster hits (including Splinter Cell, GR Xbox, Raven Shield) resulted in record growth of 98% for Ubi Soft in the fourth quarter of their 2002/2003 fiscal year.
By far, Splinter Cell was Ubi's most massive hit with 3.6 million copies sold so far on all platforms, and Ghost Recon coming in second with 1.8 million sold. Splinter Cell for the PlayStation 2 is currently the #1 seller in both Europe and the United States.
