Yoon-sup Um, has sent me an AVI movie of Kama Entertainment's, TAKEDOWN. In the movie you see a bit of history from Rainbow Six, to Eagle Watch, to Rogue Spear, then Urban Operations, and lastly you see some footage from Covert Operations Essentials. Kama Entertainment has done a nice job taking all the footage from R6 to COE and making it a nice collage of footage from previous version of Rainbow Six. After the history portion, there is some great footage of TAKEDOWN from different mission, maps, and they even shows off some of the character models. While they movie is rolling you will also see footage of the programmers, and designers in action as they are at there workstations working hard. There are also a few interviews with some of the programmers, 3d/2d modelers and other people apart of the project. The one thing bad about this is that it is all in Korean, and unless you know the Korean language, then it will be a bit hard to know what they are saying. To solve this I'm still working with Yoon-sup Um to try and get an English caption for what is being said in the interviews, and in the general narration part.
The movie weights in at 63.7mb, but well worth the download. You can Download the TAKEDOWN AVI right here.
*EDIT* Ok, I have an english caption for TAKEDOWN. It is in SMI format, and Yoon-sup Um said that you can open the file with realplayer, or window media player to view the caption. This one is a bit smaller at 4kb. Download TAKEDOWN in SMI format here.
