GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!! I am attempting to build a mod myself. When I use another mod's weapon in my mod, I keep getting the !find key error msg. I believe I have put all the right files in the right places, but prolly not. I have also read a post on another site that said this is a GR bug, and I cannot fix it. Is this true? Also, I have tried making a new .gun file and just use the same information and the same thing happens. Weird stuff...

There is a file called strings.txt. In that the string for the gun is converted into a name. Just copy and paste that file your mod and add your gun.

Just one thing... Don't use someone elses work in "Your" Mod, without getting their permission... Although we don't do this for money (Or maybe especially because), You should practice artistic integrity, get their permission and give them credit.
Just my .02 worth, your mileage may vary, read fine print & look both ways before crossing street..
