The official RSE website has news that the GR:AW 2 Legacy Edition for Xbox 360 is now available in Europe and Asia. According to the press release and accompanying trailer (streaming WMV), the Legacy Edition includes every DLC pack previously available on Xbox Live (two Throwback (classic map) packs, two Co-op Collection packs, one More Weapons pack) on one unique additional disk.
