Well it is that time of year again. Hope everyone has a fantastic holiday this year.
Came down with a nasty flu and am trying to fight it off before Thursday. Since I am doing my best to recover I have been playing a decent amount of Planetside. Working on a review of the game with the expansion. While right now I can say the expansion does not add much, the game has improved since they combined the servers. I play on the westcoast server right now and am just working on building myself up.
Played an entire year of Madden over the weekend and happened to watch my franchise of the Chicago Bears go bust. Sold the team and started over. I think I went over budget by adding every available option to my stadium in one year ;p
News will be dead the next week since many developers and publishers take this whole week off. Look for things to take off though soon after as the Q1 titles will be in full swing for release to start the year out right.

Haha, nothing like a good dose of Planetside to make you feel better :-)
>Game of the Year for 2003?
I don't have a game of the year choice yet ... no time to try out too much! Managed to get some time to play some demos and America's Army v2. Been impressed with NFS Underground (nice graphics but still too dumbed down), Homeworld 2 and the Call of Duty demos. I like Halo PC too but I'm hoping they will release a patch to support co-op multiplayer.
I think it is time to update the system since I got a cheap motherboard. Going to pick up an ASUS tomorrow that I got a good deal on. Going to grab another stick of DDR too in hopes of bumping my my FPS.
My Game of the Year would have to be ESPN NHL for the Xbox. My cousin and I can not quit playing. Not the most logical game to pick, but it is the most played in my library.
Happy Holidays
