Hello everyone, well Some updates, I am closing on my house on April 30th. So it should be finished by the 25th. I am so ready to move in..

On another note, I just took a Mortage Origination class, and should be certified in a month or so (just paperwork from the gvt). Anyway if anyone in Texas is looking to buy a house or refi, I would love it if you would give me a chance to quote you a rate.. Thanks,
