GameSpot reports that Ubi Soft announced they have won the first part of its legal battle against Take-Two Interactive.
Ubi Soft claims that Take-Two owes about $9 million, primarily on sales of Red Storm products published in Europe by Take-Two before RSE was bought over by Ubi Soft. Gamers in the UK especially felt the effects of the legal struggle in 2000 when Urban Ops suffered a prolonged delay in its UK release.
